Special Meeting
January 26, 2023
The Barrington Heights Owners Association will hold a special meeting. The purpose of this meeting is to vote on the proposed Amendments to the Barrington Heights Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions.

After study by the Board, and input from Homeowners, the proposed Amendments are necessary to address current circumstances not addressed in the original Declaration.
​
It is important that as many homeowners as possible attend the meeting and vote. Active participation is necessary as 80% of the lot owners must approve any amendment. This ensures that decisions made concerning the community are made by a majority and not by a select group of homeowners.
​
Except for a discussion of the proposed Amendments, no other business of the Association shall be conducted at this Special Meeting.
